Multi-functional living room: The seating area includes built-in storage and can be used as a second bedroom, ideal for your guests or kids.
Maximized space: The raised loft creates space in the living room, making great use of every square meter for comfort and convenience.
Comfortable & complete: just like in a regular house. Includes a sink with modern black tap, small cabinet, proper toilet with a soft-close lid, shower with white shower tray, white Kerlite tiles, extractor and exterior sliding door.
Modern finishes: Ceramic walls and a glass shower partition give it a clean, high-end look. Customizable colors for tiling.
Smart layout: Features an extractor fan and sliding wooden door to save space and keep air fresh.
Extra sleeping space: The loft bedroom is cozy and fits 1–2 people, perfect for a couple or Airbnb guests.
Safety included: Comes with a safety guard to prevent falls, especially important for kids or nighttime movement. Reach the loft by sturdy stairs from the living room, making it easy to get up and down safely.
Window into nature: Wake up among the trees as you enjoy the nature right outside your bedroom. Window shape is customizable.
